IMPORTANT NOTE about PRICES & TARIFFS:All Turks & Caicos diving package prices listed here for Ocean Club Resort & Ocean Club West are subject to possible change in this rapidly evolving travel market. Land prices are traditionally stable, while air prices can fluctuate daily. Until air tickets are issued, all airlines reserve the right to change airfares without notice -- an industry standard. We at U.S. Dive Travel will price-protect you to the utmost of our professional ability for Ocean Club Resort & Ocean Club West; & that has been our pledge for one decade now. We normally secure excellent discount air tickets for all our Provo diving & snorkeling clients. Remember please, the federal government has deregulated airlines, so only they control their pricing -- not any travel professionals. (All fare & tariff regulations are the same for Provo diving packages & Provo snorkeling packages.)
Unless specifically noted, these above packages are prices at our Provo dive resorts -- Ocean Club Resort & Ocean Club West -- for only the land-based portion of your vacation, in most cases reflecting double-occupancy rooms. At most dive resorts, for clients on our Turks & Caicos diving & snorkeling packages, there will be no triple-occupancy rooms offered. Some exceptions may be noted. International & commuter "island-hopper" airfares are always extra above these land costs. Nominal service fees are also extra for air tickets & the lodging + diving components, for all Provo scuba diving & snorkeling packages. The baseline tariffs for all clients start at $55 per person for the land rez. Late-booking clients may receive slightly higher tariffs on the lodging + diving. Solo clients on our Provo scuba diving & snorkeling packages may pay a premium for private rooms some reasons, as is the case with most luxury Provo dive resorts.
The preferred payment mode for all our Provo scuba diving & Provo snorkeling packages, that is -- all lodging, diving & side tours -- is by e-check, ACH or conventional wire transfer in U.S. dollars. All clients to our dive resorts who are currently living outside the USA or Canada will need to pay only via direct wire transfer in U.S. dollars. No personal checks will be accepted for the land portion of any reservation, please. Thank you for your gracious understanding. Our service level is the highest & our prices the lowest in this industry, & thus we need to preserve a reasonable margin. For published-fare air ticket bookings, U.S. Dive Travel always accepts Visa & Mastercard. For ultra-discount wholesale air tickets, however, U.S. Dive Travel accepts only cashier's checks, please, for all Provo diving & Provo snorkeling packages.
Remember, all clients to our Provo dive resorts will be asked by local officials overseas, upon departing the airport on your final day, to pay a nominal government departure tax, usually between USD $35 - $45 per client. U.S. Dive Travel cannot collect this tax beforehand, so you simply pay it down there, in your host country, at our Provo dive resorts. Be sure to stash away a little cash for this final moment at the airport, so you'll get your exit visa stamped quickly with no fuss; & away you go.
